I have a knee replacement and cannot kneel on my knee without cushioning. This mat has that extra pad that makes my knees happy when on my knees. The length and width is good, I’m 5’10” tall and can do stretching and yoga and planks on this mat. Seems like great material and I like the handle so if I take it to the gym it is easily portable.

Mat is comfortable. Foam is thick, provides good cushion when on hardwood floors. Also comes with knee pads
it can get dented really easily, but it does the job. i have the boniest knees and i don’t feel any pain doing floor exercises now. i still use a sturdier mat for certain standing exercises like lunges because this is very foamy
